Specially for people like me who train on their own and started weightlifting at a later age, just because it’s fun. The lack of direct coaching makes us prone to stick with technically inefficient patterns of movement. And is hard to realize these mistakes. It makes you rewire your brain and think again on the efficiency of your movement before moving back to heavier weights.

I have been involved in Olympic Weightlifting for 20+ years. Throughout my career I’ve won numerous European and World titles as well as participated in the Beijing 2008 & London 2012 Olympics. 

Since 2015, I have dedicated myself to coaching, and as of 2024, I’ve conducted well over 220 weightlifting seminars around the world.

Is it personal coaching?

No, but you will receive feedback on your videos in the chat if you will record and send it.

Will Oleksiy coach me personally?

Program is written by Oleksiy Torokhtiy, he will be in chat and will give his feedback time to time. But there will be other coaches too who will take a look on your training, like our Programming Coach and Phd in Sport Science - Serhiy Putsov.

What app is used to deliver program?

We use the Telegram App. Telegram is a secure messaging app that has a lot of features, like bots, group chats, large file sharing, voice and video messages, live streams and more.

Previously we've hosted 2 successful training courses in Telegram. We received great, positive feedback from participants and decided to continue this experience.

The best thing is that the share of our course completion was 88%. For comparison, the percentage of people who buy a gym membership and do not use it is from 10 to 40%. The completion rate of other fitness training programs is from 30 to 70%.

How to pay?

It’s a subscription model. You can pay monthly or purchase an annual subscription with a discount.
