Hello Team,

Yes, I bought Female Full Set. At that time, it had been 2 months since my last workout. I’m just getting started up again. It’s a slow process and I’m working on the mechanics of both C&J and Snatch while building a strength base. It’s discouraging sometimes to start all over again and to know how easy it is to become deconditioned.

However, Female Full Set is the perfect training collection. It can be overwhelming at times because there’s so much to choose from but perfect for allowing me to just get started with what I am familiar with and feel like I’m making progress some where.

Stay tuned. I’m making progress and hope to report the progress in the coming months.
