Started this week totally different from my normal Olympic routines loving it

This program is a must-have for anyone serious about weightlifting. The combination of Olympic lifting and CF exercises was perfect for my goals. The warm-up drill protocols were especially helpful in preparing my body for the intense workouts. I’ve made significant progress in both strength and technique. Highly recommend giving it a shot

Never thought I'd get this much out of a mobility program. The voice-over tips are gold, and the results speak for themselves. My lifts are smoother, and I’m hitting new PRs.

Weightlifting for Functional Fitness

I am happy with how the program is structured and that it doesn't take too much time to complete a session. I like that I can incorporate other programs and not only focus on weightlifting. I did the beginner program before this one and I must say, I miss the supersets. I wish it had supersets also, other than that it's a great program. I would recommend it!

I’m halfway through, and the progress is real. The emphasis on power cleans and snatches has added some serious power to my lifts. This is my go-to program now for strength training. Definitely recommend it to all athletes
