The program is, as all material that Alex puts out, very clear, well structured, pedagogic, and with a keen attention to detail. The Programs can be carried out on their own or as an add-on to a work out. The explanations are clear and easy to follow. What I particularly like is that there are illustrations for each exercise already in the program so that you are not mandated to go to the video if you don't remember it from the description. Great for us who have trouble with names :)
As a returning casual gym goer, one of my greatest struggles is to know what to work on when I finally get myself into the gym. This program is great to cross one more thing off my excuse list. Thank you!

Highlights:
After workout 5 you start to feel more mobile and seeing the results compare to week 1.
It is worth exploring and if you would like to improve mobility for performance
Improvement: there should be alternative exercises as some are complex or split into levels. Navigation could be improve if this was incorporated in a platform instead of pdf.

This program is the best suited for me.
I just completed this 6 week program. I followed it exactly including all the warm-ups and post work-out stretches.
The last week is very light with the final day serving as a test for your new PR. I was so surprised to beat my PR by 15 lbs! That's just over a 9 percent increase! I've been stuck at the same PR for years. This program definitely works!
The program is modulate to CF athlete, the volume and intensity are right for people who must train others skills.

However, it's a little bit bad point it's made of 100% cotton.
If it's a bit softer, such as with an elastane blend, it would have been good to wear while exercising.

So, I have been weightlifting for a while now, and for the first time, I am looking forward to actually begin with a program. Starting with Torokhtiy's Beginner Free Program was hands on the best decision. Cannot wait to buy his another program and keep going.

The Olympic Clean Masterclass is a very well structured program with a holistic view of training, and a wholehearted mindset, which is carried through it all. Already at the first read-through the expectation starts to rise.
The program's progression in 12 relatively short and intense sessions should be feasible for most people who want to give it a try. It will surely give you many sessions of sweat, pain, lows and highs. A basic knowledge of theory is enough to complete this programme.
That there should be so much more to learn from such a program is hugely important for developing an independent training routine. If an exercise is unfamiliar to you, you can use easy-to-understand symbols and see simple displays of each exercise in videos, which are a real support for the implementation. The program has been developed by a team of people with thorough and extensive experience in international weightlifting, physiotherapy and nutritional physiology. That fact alone is absolutely amazing. As I said, it is not time-consuming, so if you wish, there are great opportunities to add alternative exercises for the legs, or more muscle groups, to accustom the body to further training in weightlifting.
In pdf format, you can take the program with you when you travel and use it when it suits you. Here it is just a matter of continuing without obstacles. So it remains to be seen who is the last man standing.
What can I say about The Snatch Masterclass program that hasn't been said before? When I bought these programs, this is one of six, I was very skeptical about the actual level of some of them. “Masterclass”, wow! it sounds like a program for a world champion or at least an elite athlete in Olympic weightlifting. But this is just as well weightlifting from the ground up for beginners. I am very glad that I took the chance and plucked up the courage to get the training program (or pluralis). This is unmatched.
Now I have something to sharpen my skills on for a long time to come, and if I find out about Olympic weightlifting and what I find out motivates me to specialize in training in Olympic weightlifting, I know who I can turn to for new challenges. Oleksey Torokhtiy has made the brilliant move of offering to be our personal trainer with advice and guidance on the internet with direct conversations and video demonstrations, and what a nice, empathetic and knowledgeable man. This is enormously gratifying and a great motivation for me, and for the involvement in sports worldwide, I would like to believe. The channel on YouTube is testimony to the great work he has done to spread the joy of sports for beginners, amateurs and already established and professional athletes. Keep up the good work Team Torokhtiy, and may it forever stand as a shining example for posterity. Thanks!
