Great Content, not great platform

Great stuff for mobility, but the PDF platform you access the content by is not great. You have to click into every video individually onto a weird private YouTube channel that’s bombarded with ads. Then you have to go back to the PDF for the next movement. Not great.

As a Master it is essential for me to develop and maintain mobility for the snatch, clean and jerk. The Mobility for Weightlifting program is ideal to assist me achieve this goal. With 36 workouts there are plenty of sessions for me to work on improving my range of motion. Some of the exercises are challenging but the step-by-step video instructions makes them easy to learn and contain lots of useful tips. I really like each session plan of mobilization, activation and integration. I can even measure my progress against the mobility tests. It's a very effective and enjoyable program.
