Convenient and accessible training program.
This is a solid program I used for wrestling training, within a short period I noticed an increase in explosive power and strength. I was quicker in closing distance and faster in general. Having a program is much better than aimless training for strength and conditioning.

It's an affordable and useful program, with great visualization of the exercises. I'm a runner and need to improve my endurance to get better results and cover longer distances.
I love these programs but the delivery of some are easier than others. Using SuperWod was the best and I was very consistent and it was the best for the squat program. The others seemed more difficult to deal with and I was not as consistent. I wish all programs were delivered through SuperWod. The programing itself is awesome and I made huge gains on my squat without injury.
