International Shipping

Products can be printed in various countries depending on your shipping address. Please keep in mind:

• Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and fees as per their country's regulations.
• After placing the order, you will receive a tracking number to monitor the progress of the shipment (if you haven't received, please contact us).
• It is the customer’s responsibility to check local customs regulations and ensure timely payment of any required fees BEFORE making the order.

We use direct-to-garment (DTG) print technology. When unpacking a new shirt you might notice a vinegar-like smell or an off-white residue. Don’t worry, that’s not unusual - it’s from a fixation agent applied during the printing process, and it’s not permanent.

Fixation agent (sometimes known as pre-treatment) is used for all DTG prints across the industry. It helps the ink bond with the fabric, and without it, the ink would flake off the garment.

The solution is simply to wash the garment! Neither the residue nor the smell is permanent, and both should go away after one wash.

Returns:

We accept returns for damaged or mislabeled items within 30 days of receipt. To initiate a return, please contact us and provide photos of the issue.

Exchanges:

We do not cover size exchanges. Please ensure you double-check our size guide before placing your order.

Lost Orders:

If your order does not arrive by the estimated delivery date, please reach out to us within 30 days. We will investigate the issue and determine the appropriate next steps.

Buyer’s Remorse:

We do not offer refunds for buyer’s remorse. Please verify that you have selected the correct item before completing your order.

Shipping and Risk of Loss:

The risk of loss, damage, and title for products passes to you once the item is delivered to the carrier. It is your responsibility to file any claims with the carrier for a lost shipment if tracking shows the product was delivered.

For customers in the European Economic Area or the United Kingdom, the risk of loss and title for products passes to you once you take possession of the product.

Customs Responsibility:

Please note that you are responsible for any customs issues that may arise. If your package is held at customs, it is your responsibility to contact the customs office directly, as not all customs agencies send notifications regarding shipments.
