Olympic Training Camp is for beginner athletes, experienced athletes, coaches, gym owners, and others who want to learn, challenge themselves, and connect with other people who are passionate about weightlifting.

The 14th day camp will feature 15+ training sessions and more importantly, an amazing opportunity to share whole staying with 2012 Olympian, Oleksiy Torokhtiy. 

The goal of the Weight Training Camp is to build your foundational understanding of movement and give you the skills to train safely and effectively.

Our method is a progression based on systematic approach to develop foundational movement patterns and heightened weightlifting technique awareness.

PRACTICAL DRILLS
Learning proper technique is crucial from day one. That's why all sessions combine demonstration, lecture, and hands on drills emphasizing ideal technique for maximum potential.

INDIVIDUALIZE WORK

Our overall goal is to prepare you for any barbell workout, from 1 rep max attempts, max load barbell complexes and high reps barbell workouts.


WEIGHTLIFTING CAMP ACCOMODATION


You will have a unique opportunity to learn, feel and train at the place where national athletes are prepared for the Olympic Games and international competitions. 

You will spend two weeks at the educational and national sports complex " Koncha-Zaspa " which is located in Kyiv, Ukraine. It has a total area of ​​7031 sq. m.


The centr includes:

• 2 large weightlifting gyms filled with top class equipment from ELEIKO;

• Functional training Area;

• Cardio Zone;

• Track and Field facilities;

• Dressing rooms with showers and sauna;

• Rehabilitation centr.
