Strong and confident

I started this program after the speed cycle to strengthen my overhead positions, and completed the first 4 weeks. Volume and intensity are contained therefore I decided to add an extra technical session. I also had a small test after week 3 with snatch and clean&jerk at around 90% of my max and I was impressed by how my catch (in the snatch) and jerk improved. Looking forward for another test at the end of the program :)

Great lectures!

Very useful program to increase overhead strength and stability. I reccomend these lectures for weightlifting and CrossFit!
