When you want to improve your technique, extend your limits, and start yourself on the path to being the best you can be.


The personal training program is designed on the basis of the athlete's personal data. The program consists of 4 weeks and includes up to 5 training sessions per week. Each workout includes a WARM-UP, MAIN PART and COOL DOWN  — thus, you get a balanced experience in terms of load, regarding the volume, and intensity.

Along with the program, you will receive a get a covering letter with a detailed explanation of what you can expect in the following 4 weeks. In order to control improve your technique, the AMATEUR program provides a weekly analysis of the "control" exercises, that should be recorded and sent back to us for analysis.
