I’m new to weightlifting - is this seminar right for me?

Absolutely! The seminar is designed for all levels, from beginners to advanced lifters. Oleksiy breaks down every movement clearly and helps each athlete at their own pace.

What should I bring?

Comfortable workout clothes, weightlifting shoes (if you have them), a water bottle, and your energy to learn and push yourself!

Will there be breaks during the day?

Yes! We have a scheduled lunch break and short rests between sessions to keep you fresh and focused.
