I’m halfway through, and the progress is real. The emphasis on power cleans and snatches has added some serious power to my lifts. This is my go-to program now for strength training. Definitely recommend it to all athletes
Loved every set of every workout, unfortunately I got the flu in the last and was down and out for 2 weeks so I've started back at day 1.
I enjoyed doing the program as it not only focused on the OLY lifts but included other lifts as well like thrusters, military press etc,. It's a well rounded program that improves strength. I liked the body weight movements, and accessories included in the programming. It has important accessory exercises that I hadn't seen before. Very well designed program, would definitely recommend it!
