It very good program for mobility
Before starting this program I thought I had decent squat mobility. Verdict, sub optimal :) Highly recommend this program, it is very well thought out with the sequencing of exercises and helpful thumbnail pictures (improvement on front rack mobility program layout). I would say give yourself 45 minutes though for the first three sessions to work though the videos. I have repeated session 1-6 twice and can already feel improvements in control, stability and mobility.
SQUAT MOBILITY
The content is good but the format is horrible to work with, have to be constantly scrolling down, is very unpractical. I tried one day and spent more time in the phone trying to figure out how to access the content that practicing the content itself. I appreciate the effort put into this but need a better format to work around, I will not buy any further programs.
