5-week Snatch training program, aimed at developing Snatch.
Each week cycle is planned with a certain volume of Clean and Jerk exercises for “activating the muscle memory”.
Designed by an Olympian and approved by TOP professional athletes.

I ran this program and I added 12kg to my max. I’m going to run this program again after a deload week and before begin another one!

My former PR was a 70kg not-pretty-very-unstable-and-lucky-snatch.
After completing the five week snatch cycle I managed to do a controlled and well balanced 85kg snatch.
The program was fun with a lot of diversity in the exercises with great balance between strength and technique. Also great to do other things than just snatch like e.g., C&J and Squats.
