I happened to know the site and bought the master class and cycle right away. I'm in the middle of the first week of training, and I'm very satisfied. If I have a chance, I would like to attend a seminar.
I always used to struggle to understand what went wrong when I miss a lift until I did the snatch program. It was a game changer, now I know what to fix if I miss a lift and can clearly recognize what the issue is. Definitely PB'd my snatch after doing the program. Would highly recommend!!!
My clean turnover was very very slow. But i read and followed this class so that my bad thing is fast. I want Jerk masterclass because my jerk is so bad
