Two weeks intro, and I'm ready for Masters Diesel.
I started actively weightlifting 4 years ago. After 2 years I started to feel uncomfortable in my lower back and suffered from tight hips. I stopped for a year due to other life events and to try something different. After a long hiatus I missed the feel of getting under the bar again but couldn’t find a program I felt would be suitable for me. Until I found WL4FF, the exercises really help avoid any low back pain or tight hips, and I’m feeling great after each lifting session. If you have experience Weightlifting you will definitely enjoy this program. 💪

If you're practicing Olympic lifting, professional guidance is a must—by "professional," I mean someone who truly understands the sport, not just a coach who pretends to. Oleksiy is the only person I trust with my training. If it were up to me, I’d train with him in person, but since we live on opposite sides of the world, I’ll settle for the next best thing: training online with him and his team. Thanks for the feedback! We used classic linear overload progression in this program and gave some freedom to lifters to take in account age factor, taking into account the extended recovery duration of master athletes.
Considering the specifics of adaptation and recovery of the Master’s athletes (35+y.o.) the load structure is optimized:
1. The total volume is reduced;
2. Emphasis on high-quality warm-up and post-workout stretching;
3. The shock load in squats in pulls is minimized to reduce stress on the knees.
