I bought fullbody mobility for olympic weightlifting. It has been great. New mobility excercises i have not tried before and the structure of the workouts are great.
Loved every set of every workout, unfortunately I got the flu in the last and was down and out for 2 weeks so I've started back at day 1.
I had to condense the 12 weeks into 9 for personal reasons, and boy the journey was fun. Some weeks were really difficult and I felt weak, some weeks were easy and I felt very strong.
At the end, I managed to increase my 1RM from 220kg to 250kg, so very satisfied with the results!
Some hyperlinks in the PDF are pointing to the wrong exercise, but overall the material is super clear and comprehensive.
Last but not least, the price is VERY competitive. Given what’s out there when it comes to programs or fitness apps, you’ll get awesome value for money here.

I used the program on a beginner Athlete for weightlifting but a former rugby player. His starting numbers were snatch 40kg and 65kg clean&jerk. Ran the program for 2 weeks and his numbers is as follows 60kg Snatch and 80kg clean and jerk
I purchased this program as I want to have a decent program I can follow, with no much burden as well to be efficient on time.
I find this program very good, diversified targeting most of the important muscles.
I have been following this program for three weeks now. The program's difficulty is manageable and is helpful in many ways. However, for people like me who have a significant difference between their maximum weights for clean & jerk and clean, I wonder if it would be better to calculate the weights for clean and clean pull based on the clean rather than the clean & jerk. Additionally, when I purchased this program, I missed out on the buy 1 get 1 free offer. Is there any way to address this issue?
Anyway, I would like to emphasize once again that this program is very helpful for both clean & jerk and snatch. I highly recommend it to those who need systematic training with appropriate weights rather than lifting heavy weights continuously.

I started this program after the speed cycle to strengthen my overhead positions, and completed the first 4 weeks. Volume and intensity are contained therefore I decided to add an extra technical session. I also had a small test after week 3 with snatch and clean&jerk at around 90% of my max and I was impressed by how my catch (in the snatch) and jerk improved. Looking forward for another test at the end of the program :)
Je ne suis pas à ma première programmation avec l’équipe d’Oleksiy et je peux vous dire qu’en 8 mois j’ai énormément progressé, j’ai pris +20kg sur mes PR Snatch et C&J et ce n’est pas terminé. Aujourd’hui j’arrive à travailler mes PR en séries.

Awesome programming, not too intense but effective. I’m at week 5 and already seeing my deadlift improve, mentally and physically. I recommend for anyone looking for an effective program
Very useful program to increase overhead strength and stability. I reccomend these lectures for weightlifting and CrossFit!
Although I’ve worked out for years, I never really focused on grip strength before. I’m now at the age where arthritis is making an appearance (in ankles and shoulders) so I thought I’d start working on my grip strength to, hopefully, ward off any arthritis showing up there. The Grip Strength Program is awesome! I just finished Session 11 out of 16. There are so many exercises that I’ve never done before: Dead Hang, Wall Wrist Curl, Dumbbell Spin, and PVC Levers. The first time I did PVC Levers (Session 2) I could only complete 7 reps each arm; on today’s session, I was able to complete the recommended 40 reps so the program is definitely working!
Another great aspect are the warmups (ball wrist massage and kneeling wrist modbilization which I’ve never done before) and the many variations of movements for the post-workout stretching. An amazing program — A+++!
