This is a great bundle for athletes looking to teach and improve their Olympic Weightlifting Clean technique.
OLYMPIC CLEAN MASTRECLASS will help you to know the basics of clean technique, reinforce your technique while slowly adding weight to the bar.
The 5-Day Olympic Clean Weightlifting Program provides 5 sessions per week that last 60-90 minutes.
This OLYMPIC CLEAN bundle combines both strength and technique work.
Exercises you’ll perform in this programs include:
- special warmup routine for mobility and prehab;
- multiple forms of cleans (squat, power, deficit, from blocks);
-various types of squats;
-various types of pulls at high percentages;
-snatch & jerk exercises for “activating the muscle memory”.
After following these programs, you should notice a considerable improvement in your Clean technique and also max out on the final day!
