I am happy with how the program is structured and that it doesn't take too much time to complete a session. I like that I can incorporate other programs and not only focus on weightlifting. I did the beginner program before this one and I must say, I miss the supersets. I wish it had supersets also, other than that it's a great program. I would recommend it!
