2 weeks in to the 5 week Squat/leg strength programme. Been going great so far.
Only thing I've changed is the front squat percentages: instead doff working off cnj max, Ice worked off front squats max. So week 2 day 3 ended up being 5x3 at 90%fs1rm
- despite being hard it actually ended up being a volume personal best.
So looking forward to the next 3 weeks of training

Brilliant way to improve your mobility
The program is, as all material that Alex puts out, very clear, well structured, pedagogic, and with a keen attention to detail. The Programs can be carried out on their own or as an add-on to a work out. The explanations are clear and easy to follow. What I particularly like is that there are illustrations for each exercise already in the program so that you are not mandated to go to the video if you don't remember it from the description. Great for us who have trouble with names :)

As a returning casual gym goer, one of my greatest struggles is to know what to work on when I finally get myself into the gym. This program is great to cross one more thing off my excuse list. Thank you!

Just starting week 3 and I am amazed by how easily the program integrates into my weightlifting training. The workouts are varied, fast, and effective.
Highlights:
After workout 5 you start to feel more mobile and seeing the results compare to week 1.
It is worth exploring and if you would like to improve mobility for performance
Improvement: there should be alternative exercises as some are complex or split into levels. Navigation could be improve if this was incorporated in a platform instead of pdf.
I just completed this 6 week program. I followed it exactly including all the warm-ups and post work-out stretches.
The last week is very light with the final day serving as a test for your new PR. I was so surprised to beat my PR by 15 lbs! That's just over a 9 percent increase! I've been stuck at the same PR for years. This program definitely works!
What makes this program unique compared to others on the market?
On one side – the program is developed in collaboration with World’s Strongest Man Coach (Oleksiy Novikov in 2020). We know how to create a training program which will bring you to your best result in strongman.

Do I need to have all the necessary equipment?
Ideally, yes, but we provide guidance on exercise substitutions to work with what you have.

Can I change the number of trainings per week?
We recommend 3 sessions per week for optimal train and rest balance. You can train less if you don’t have time or need more time to recover, simply extending the program duration.
I'm a beginner, can I follow this program?
Yes! Loads and intensity will be adjusted to your weight and personal bests. If you don’t have PRs, use your bodyweight as a baseline.
I'm an advanced athlete, will it help me?
