This is what every lifter needs

If you do oly weightlifting, sooner or later you will face the mobility issues. And it's better to be prepeared for it. So my advice to you - grab these programs and start working on your mobility

Needs an improved format

Really wish you didn’t have to access a website for every exercise demonstration. Then when you go back to the pdf on your phone it’s at the top again and you have to scroll back down to your exercise day. Either remember every exercise perfectly or enjoy watching videos then scrolling back down to find where you left off. Slows down workout immensely.
